a company that is helping launch a world without power wires - eCoupled
technology by Fulton Innovation, LLC, entails an inductively coupled power
circuit that dynamically seeks resonance with the device(s) being charged.
Their technology enables one device to cover the range of power needs
from milliwatts to kilowatts simultaneously.
Picture placing both a laptop and an MP3 player over the power module,
and it is able to tell the difference between the two and only deliver as much
power as each needs, at the same time.
Having ties with Motorola, Energizer, Texas Instruments the company expects to
see many wireless electricity products arrive this year.
